Anastasia Victor is a San Francisco–based designer working at the intersection of technology, spatial experience, and hospitality. With a background in architecture and over a decade in emerging tech, she oversees design, renovations, and capital improvements—bringing a thoughtful, design-forward approach to creating distinctive, immersive stays.

John Faichney has a background in architecture and focuses on project coordination and execution at VF Property. With a detail-oriented and systems-driven approach, he supports the development process to ensure each investment is delivered smoothly and to a high standard.
